Bigg Nutrition products are non-returnable due to hygiene/health and the consumable nature of the product.

You can use a credit card/debit card, internet banking and cash on delivery to make your purchases.
If the amount has been deducted from your account but you have not received any confirmation from us, you can contact our customer support team and provide the following information –

• Transaction details/email address/contact number
• Full description of the product you have ordered
• Amount debited from account
• If the amount has been deducted from your account but you have not received any confirmation from us, your payment will be transferred from our payment gateway to you within the scheduled business hours.
